Venue Change Update

Dear Parents,

I hope this email finds you well. We are writing to inform you of an important change regarding the upcoming National Primary Schools Cross Country event. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we have decided to move the event venue to Stoneleigh Park. We understand that this is a bit of late notice, but we are confident that this decision is in the best interest of all participants and attendees. 

There are two main reasons for this venue change: 

Firstly, the initial venue had restricted parking on grass. Given the current weather conditions and our experience with previous events, we have found that inadequate parking arrangements can lead to significant delays, frustration, and unfortunately, some participants missing out on their events. By relocating to Stoneleigh Park, we can ensure parking on solid ground, which will greatly enhance the overall experience. 

Secondly, Stoneleigh Park offers a number of onsite facilities that will benefit everyone attending the event. These additional amenities will help us put on a great event and provide a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for all.The new address for the event is as follows:
